Also, Dan Kennedy is a great teacher of selling material.Anytime I'm having difficulty being motivated, I pause then ask myself if it's because I'm avoiding something, experiencing fear or other emotional state, and it's often something that I failed to do or a step I skipped or cut corners on.

In this market this is especially dangerous because good deals are hard to come by and you want to "make" the deal look good - so keep emotions out and analyze what your goals are and abilities are.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.

Firstly and most importantly know your risk tolerance level.Second know how to set and monitor goals in keeping with the above.Lastly understand maths, (I think you Americans call it math), and learn to leave your emotions at the door when you analyse deals.
