You should have your own website, social media pages, business cards, flyers, car signs, billboards, or whatever.Some larger brokers will actually provide you a website and other marketing materials.

The only difference I have seen is that some tiny homes are ridiculously expensive per square foot, because they are designed more of a social statement, then actual economic living.

My question is I am a sole proprietor, no business name or EIN its all under my social.

They’re pretty big, so they should be getting bigger with the current trends of city life and office work and social connections.
