If your friends are striving towards the same or similar goals, sharing inspiration, contacts, and tips, and your significant other is squarely in your corner asking you what they can do to help you achieve your goals and be your best self (and you're doing the same for them and their goals!)

Recently, I have become inspired to purchase a single-family residence and utilize the house hacking method.

I found it inspiring and discouraging at the same time.

I would hope that some of these other STR owners are inspired by this and make their own hot tubs.  

The time is now for me and I owe all this inspiration and motivation to everyone in the BP community that I am so stoked to be part of! 

A few folks had gone through with it, but either 1) they didn't have great credit to start with, so they spent a lot of time repairing their credit first, or 2) they found other hard money financing methods along the way and didn't finish out the year's worth of work to get the full amount.I was very inspired by some case studies about Morris Invest (thank you Tyler Jahnke et. all) to just go ahead and go through with this, and then write regular updates for you all so we can learn, together, once and for all, whether this method works!

Inspired, I'd like to make my first attempt and would love some advice.
