I might be getting some of the "paralysis by analysis" syndrome however, so I need to watch out for that as well.

Also, need to address the fact that the tenant has the responsibility to secure the building, but has no custody of items not owned by the tenant that may be stored inside.Don't want a tenant to feel like they have to watch your stuff or be responsible for it.The secured area protects both of you.

You also need to be able to determine which wire comes from the circuit breaker panel if more than one wire appears on a single receptacle (they aren't always wired as they should be).If you don't understand what I just typed, then you should probably hire somebody and watch and learn.
