Soft MF's.While you’re projecting this tough, macho image, consider the advice and attitude you're giving to a young, aspiring college-student investor who genuinely needs guidance rather than someone inflating their own ego at their expense.I wish I had started when I was that young.

I wish it was more positive, but at least it lets everyone here know how it has gone for us.

As you can imagine I have dealt with over 100 client property owners and essentially over 100 different personality types - from ones you want to be a part of every decision to ones I almost never hear from.If you truly only wish to see that data, then I do not think you are asking too much. 

I am weary of trading my time for money and wish to be more present for my children while building generational wealth.

@Clay Hall, I like a HELOC on my primary residence as an emergency fund, and wish I’d had that extra money when I got started, simply as reserves.
