The staff at BP is extremely helpful - if you contact them, someone will get back to you.  

But it will get overwhelmed if the grading is not fixed first. 

@Logan M.Check out pricing on Spartan's site really depends on your scale if you bring this in house; how much are you paying your current drain cleaner annually versus having your staff do this?  

You need to get educated and fast....I know it's overwhelming, but you need to be spending a couple hours a day on sites like this Forum, reading books and watching YT videos.

@Jessica Carcamo I would suggest starting with one strategy first and go hard until you succeed, trying all those at once with no experience can be overwhelming.

The apartment complex (large unit counts with own maintenance staff) cannot even achieve that maintenance/cap ex.
