I have borrowed from a number of friends and qualified relatives and they have always been quick and pleasant to work with.

HOWEVER, at this point in time and in this market, most sellers won't accept ANY low-ball offers unless they are simply nuts, uneducated, or in a really distressed situation.

Aside from the fact that I'm going to get fined on not paying it in time (and since their deadlines are so short, I don't see how I can ever get out of that cycle yet), any ideas how to pay it?
