Infinite cash flow? 

No matter where you live or where you own assets, I personally recommend the Series LLC to be a great tool for the individual investor who is planning to expand their operation, as it allows for you to scale infinitely with no additional fees.

Everyone should agree all-cash is better ASSUMING you have access to an infinite amount of it - I know this is not the case.

NO risk  infinite returns for the contractor to me it does not get any better.no stress of going through a mortgage situation and being on the hook to pay a lender back cash flow goes out instead of no payments.. 

I would read Becoming Your Own Banker by Nelson Nash and study the infinite banking concept if this strategy interests you.

@Joo Yoon I have used Infinite Edge Painting  on some rentals and they were very reasonable and did great work.  

So I can, in theory, scale infinitely providing I keep pace with my equity.

My B class properties are infinitely easier to manage. 

If you pull out the cash you initially put in, any cash flow you have is infinite return on your cash invested.  

We also are infinitely stronger when surrounded by the love and support of a community or team.
