A company can only accomplish these goals by keeping its word and by genuinely seeking to help its clients.We will set up automatic payments which will transfer the funds necessary to pay the entire monthly mortgage from our company’s bank account directly to their mortgage account every month on time.

I found BP, been devouring the amazing podcasts and resources, went to a local meet up and am beyond inspired and motivated to take action.

They kept playing inspirational videos during the whole weekend without covering what they said they were going to.

The realtor can feed me deals and he's got a genuine interest in learning the ropes and help out in a some of the leg work  (scheduling, inspections, oversight, etc.).  

It really helps to keep me inspired and motivated.  

For all we (forum readers) know it was priced artificially low to inspire above-ask bids.
