The responses from some Real Estate “professionals” in this thread explains why real estate agents and representatives wear the badge of honor of being nosey, careless, borderline illegal and non-compliant with the most basic regulations and elemental  ethics.

Definitely hire one for a property damage claim, auto claims its not necessary.

We had a roof damaged in a hail storm and got it replaced and paid (minus deductible) via an insurance claim. 

Think about what you think is a reasonable number and get back to me.two days later she says 50K due to all of her furniture now having mold damage.

We recently bought a property that we have found out within the first few weeks of owning it that is has VERY SERIOUS drainage and humidity issues and lots of previous water damage that the sellers did not disclose.

I am sure everyone has seen the damage from the hurricane .

To top it off their contractor used a saw to remove their lockbox and cut into my front door badly damaging it in several places, and they will not address that either.

I hope he doesn't try to damage anything if I give him a notice of eviction. 

Ultimately, late rent/no rent payments or damage to the property can be extremely costly. 

When you are making money it's gonna be good money, but your gonna hit be stretches of loss, Damage, Evictions etc...
