From what I interpreted from Mayor Strickland's State of The City speech just recently, larger private and commercial investors are taking over certain neighborhoods. 

It’s no different than professional actors or athletes giving speeches telling graduates “pursue your dream, one day you too can win Oscar/Superbowl/…”.

Especially one outright admitting he made a mistake.As for going out and getting stung before I can have a voice in the conversation...thank God men and women have died for me to have the freedom of speech I so willingly use to tell you that you can either be kind and change your mentality, or you can watch reruns of M.A.S.H on your deathbed with no one around because you were a “man” to the end.Personally I prefer kindness, and helping 19yr olds that are interested in real estate.

Trusses are 9 weeks 6. 

You hear of ADU’s but attic space is another possibility with older houses without all the trusses.

You 100% can access and fix electrical/plumbing from inside for way less than a truss system installation, and that would be including drywall repair.
