I think a  tan color  white or darker trim and very  dark window screens  custom  build them  where their is window units

Id go with maybe a tan on the walls.

Before I continue writing about my investment in Colombia I must stress that this wasn’t a decision based on emotions or because I had a wonderful vacation whilst tanning aside coconut tree beaches of Cartagena.

We paint all of our ceilings and trim white and our walls tan or grey.

Hello all,I have a short-term summer rental in VB with carpet upstairs (light tan) and engineered hardwood downstairs.

Black granite counters like here NEVER show stains, and even my own kitchen of "Brown and Tan" granite has had oil bottles break on it and shows nothing. 

That happened on a deal I did in Nashville where there was TONS of stuff in the basement (drywall, bathroom fixtures, a tanning bed (???!))

As a Realtor/Broker and Property Manager, we are seeing the numbers improve as we move out a bit further to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, and even Coolidge.

As for what color we have been using a light tan my wife picked out years ago.
