The simpler you can make it for owners the faster you can implement growth that is sustainable.   

I plan on implementing each of these things in order, but will (for now) put that profit at the end of the list.Im a big fan of the notion that if you invest time and effort in what you do, have the RIGHT relationships, make the right decisions and execute them with knowledge, then the profit will come.

Those steps are all done.What hasn't been done yet, as far as I know, is the bureaucracy implementation of the law.

I help the agent track down deals, I generate call list as well as Cold Call sellers, I find and vett subcontractors with the GC, I research and analyze particular markets as well as specific micro areas within those markets to see what strategy is best to employ, I collaborate on strategies and systems to implement to make processes easier, I also network and put people together.

But I may implement that idea!

There is a guy called "Airbnb automated " on YouTube, if you check out his videos you will want to rent to him your place, he does a 4 year contracts with option to extend, he pays for anything under $100 that brakes, (not sure about this one) he will have a team of cleaning lady's and manager making sure its perfect every check in.

Do you have a consistent system to automate all your follow up sequences, email drip campaigns, messenger bots, text and email notifications?

I thing intelligent automation is the most promising.

Given where technology is today there's no reason not to do this online.Things like a direct ACH or using some of the services others have cited in this thread allows you to set up something automated - the number 1 reason for late payment is simply "I forgot" and you can eliminate this easily.DM me if you want some more options!

Why not implement some real estate investment strategies that don't require money and use the profits from those to pay off your debts and to invest in long term growth properties.
