Ground mount for me, and about 90 new, but older, panels and maybe I'll splurge for some micro-inverters this time. 

I.e. someone looking for income will not go into a heavy redevelopment or ground up deal.  

My best advice is to join your local REIA and get input from there since they are boots on the ground.

Above ground utilities. we have plenty of properties with utilities underground and the rents are higher in areas without utility poles.

Currently, we are looking to upsize to a larger home using the VA loan as we are starting our family, and rent out the home we are in right now (which has appreciated by somewhere between 60k - 80k since we purchased it in 2019).I'm grateful to be a part of this community and I'm looking forward to learning and growing with all of you!

2) I helped someone make money and now he is forever grateful and loyal and only has good things to say about me... to everyone,  that is a factory of more leads.3) he expresses his success throughout the entire free group and now everyone is reminded, if "his free help already works, can you image what his paid course would do".4), this is jut ONE person, now imagine every week some  (not a lot) will have a good experience and expresses this in the group.. that is all free hot leads coming in.So although he didn't convert from my ad, he is the cause of dozens more leads from just ONE click he made. that's how I build credibility and authority, and then they see my rants here on Biggerpockets and a lot of people then contact me through the Biggerpockets lead system, and a friggin TOOOOOON of requests through the biggerpockets messaging system.And when they do contact me are rarely book appointments with them.

At my company for instance, we rebuild the building on paper from the ground up using construction software then apply a condition factor.
