When I send out colorful postcards with graphics I prefer vistaprint.

This includes the initial phone call, driving out and meeting the owner at their house, follow-up until I have signed contract back, and the BS associated with title problems, seller's getting cold feet and trying to back out of contracts, and all the other stuff that comes up from contract signing to actually settling on the house.BEST PERFORMING MAIL PIECE:Handwritten letter on yellow lined paper with handwritten invitation (A6) sized envelope in random colors (pink, light blue, yellow, etc)I have graphics on BOTH the letter and the envelope- things like dollar signs, stars, arrows, houses, etc- whatever random stuff I could think of to make the letter more eye catching and 'WTF' eliciting when opened by the homeowner, so they would actually read it.SECOND BEST PERFORMING MAIL PIECE:5.5 x 11 inch yellow post card (big post card) with somewhat handwritten looking font.

I've had better success mailing postcards in the envelope myself (rainbow color) hand written address.Also it takes longer for the person to receive a postcard not mailed in an envelope.

One of the mail fulfillment companies I use let's you send the letter in pretty much any color you want to use.Anyway, would love to hear what others have to say!

QuestionDoes anyone have any input on whether a full-color post card is any better than the simple one-color ink postcards I've seen?

It is difficult for design because people of all ages 20,30,40,50,60,70 etc. use technology differently and like various likes and uses for websites.Like under website in signature could have.Who I am : Then here have boxes that say in different colors with letters reversed out.                 

(It still worked; was just switching it out for a different color.)

Invitation style envelopes, hand written fonts and colored blue might get your mail opened more, but will it increase the QUALITY of your leads?

Finally, I use a custom color that makes it look like blue ink - 0/35/102 in MS Word (Thanks to Jerry Puckett for that recommendation).
