The COVID-19 has not impacted vacant units and filling them.  

If it is prorated it will impact the numbers in your analysis because you are sharing in the expense.

Due to Covid they had a Tennant themselves who failed to pay rent which caused them to fall behind in their mortgage payments and ultimately had a large impact on their credit. 

Get a good tenant in a LTR and you will be less likely impacted.

As far as topics go, I'd be most interested in hearing hyper-specific Austin topics, such as how to navigate the local permitting process, what are the newest and most impactful projects going up right now, how is current and pending local legislation affecting our business, etc.

It's a baby step in the grand scheme of REI, but it it can and should have an immediate impact on your situation, and this will get the hardest step out of the way; the first one. 

The currency risk has a huge impact. 

I am hoping the school district she works with will allow her to come back to work in September but I am doubtful at this point with the way covid is still impacting not only schools but every industry.
