Given the complex structures, the additional costs for licensure and compliance, and the additional record keeping and reporting requirements, along with liability for examinations, they would need to charge the associated company far more than that company would be willing to pay.

Before you jump ship on hiring a realtor and use one of those apps like ‘SQFT to sell your home, consider all of the complex factors involved in a real estate transaction.

Newer apartment complex up the street is raising rents almost 100 a month now that economy is healthier and stopping specials.

If you do that I believe things get more complex regarding filing taxes, self employment tax, etc.
