I would say that mineral rights in Oregon, unless they are in gold mining territory, may not be worth as much a mineral rights in Oklahoma where they are on full tilt with oil and gas exploration.A small portion of my mineral rights are paying a small dividend.

I really thought I found a gold mine here and was hoping to just turn them all into MTR for them but there is just not enough consistent demand and I'm not willing to let it sit vacant hoping they reach out.   

I was in Gold Coast for a while and would always head down to River North to go out with friends.

Not that this is, but during the gold rush the ones that made the money were the ones selling denim and shovels. 

One more thing, the main bathroom with the cool vanity has oil-rubbed bronze sink fixtures, gold shower/bath fixtures and chrome or satin nickel vanity drawer/door pulls, and a gold door knob.

Everyone thinks they have gold, but it's your job to filter through it all.

I've  often said that BP is a gold mine because it truly is.  

Definitely a gold mine if you can find out how to get this information. 

Those are the  gold mines.
