Not that this is, but during the gold rush the ones that made the money were the ones selling denim and shovels. 

One more thing, the main bathroom with the cool vanity has oil-rubbed bronze sink fixtures, gold shower/bath fixtures and chrome or satin nickel vanity drawer/door pulls, and a gold door knob.

Everyone thinks they have gold, but it's your job to filter through it all.

I've  often said that BP is a gold mine because it truly is.  

Definitely a gold mine if you can find out how to get this information. 

Those are the  gold mines. 

There's an agent here who {over} uses the phrase "awaiting your decorating touches", which translates into "the shag carpet may be gone, but the appliances are still harvest gold and nothing else has been touched since 1978".
