When it gets to where things break and you're not sure why or you find you're not recording some information because you don't have the time for it, it might be a good time to look at the CRM's built specifically for real estate investors. 

However, I don't see them getting a lot of traction if they have no photos unless they have other properties they can at least reference.

Recently I've realized that most of the PM companies rent out units at or below market rents and allow for an unnecessary (IMO) turn time which of course translates to increased vacancy rates. 

They buy on feelings, I feel like this is a good deal.Become an expert at these three and you will be successful at flips.

So I've heard this can run you a lot - around $30,000 for the average sized home of $400,000 in the area I'm looking at.

We're looking to get back into flipping at least 30% of the deals we get and are interested in raising capital for these projects.
