I realize there has to be a good business case justifying site changes of any significance, and maybe the amount of Canadian traffic doesn't warrant such an investment. 

With that a lot of change has occurred across these platforms with some people being able to capitalize on the changes and other owners suffering major downturn in bookings and inquiries.So here are some facts:Consumers turn to Google for everything, problem is 67.6% of all traffic on a given search goes to the top 5 organic search results, and another 5.59% to the remaining on the first page.

It's actually way easier than when I lived there, because I'm not tempted to drive over in rush hour traffic, stare at the problem for a while, haul around used appliances in my Prius...

If you are getting traffic, but no offers, it may be that buyers are thinking to themselves "he only paid 127 and now he's asking 229 - sure it looks great, but there's no way that he spent 100k fixing it up".I have one of my own on the market and I suspect that a similar situation is happening to me.

Patrick, it's true that he may miss some traffic from poor SEO, but the broker's site should link to him under the "our agents" tab.

Office buildings won't get the same kind of foot traffic from the public that something like this might.

Also be sure to register your business with Google, Bing and others, as well as putting yourself on yelp, I get a lot a traffic from these sites.4) As to the rates charged, as mentioned above, this all comes down to how much your time is worth and the dollar amount in question.
