If you are flexible on the amount of money you are hoping to generate when you aren't using it there are more or less options too.I've been looking for a vacation rental throughout the state, as well as rental properties throughout madison and milwaukee areas so I'd be happy to be another resource for you if you'd like to message me. 

Turning down closings for their benefit but always looking over and above for their best interest with all the best resources searching high and low to grant their request is a good Broker/Lender.

You may want to think about partnering with an experienced flipper where they could bring additional resources (money) to help make the deal go through.Not trying to be the stick in the mud on your deal, but I've done a number of flips, and have about 40 rental units we manage.
