Dear BP gang,I have been in real estate for 10 years now and have thankfully done well for myself with short term vacation rentals and SFHs for LTRs. 

They stop during covid, but I believe they all resumed it recently.I enjoy Friday Lunches at Wilkens Ave too ( even though I have not been since it restarted), it is small but good.

Mt Dora is close enough to Orlando for people who want a day two at the attractions there but also want to enjoy a day at the beach at Daytona, kayak or hike in the Ocala National Forest, or enjoy "Old Florida" history in the town.

I had filed an eviction on an inherited month to month tenant for non-payment (late on rent 16 out of 18 months) and also gave them a 60 day notice to vacate at the same time I had filed the pay/quit notice.

I have gotten mixed information about how many short term vacation rentals can be on one lot.

Purchase price: $343,000 Cash invested: $80,000 Purchased single family home in Lake Havasu City to use as a vacation rental in the summer, and a month to month snowbird rental during the winter months.

I have a spreadsheet I like to use if you are considering REI in short-term vacation rental properties.
