We are living in it temporarily while we make improvements to it (it's in another country where home improvements and repairs can take a really long time), we moved in at the very end of 2019, and plan to vacate to rent it out again within a few months.So since we are currently living here, would the vacant period preceding our occupation also count as personal use ?

We only had one ex-buyer file a trespassing complaint but the cops (we know them all) were just glad it was not left abandoned so it was moot.One investor called me to ask if a recently vacated home was going to be available as his son was interested.

If the old tenant vacated December 31st and you got a new tenant in on January 15th, you would have 15 days of vacancy but the deposit would probably cover that and then some.

Though I was unable to verify the accuracy of several of the filters, I did toggle some of them off and on to see if my target counties appeared to have that data, and it was again somewhat hit or miss.Overall - I have enjoyed Propstream and I'm impressed with its value proposition at $97/month (I believe).
