I first wanted a vacation home in Orlando to also use whenever i go visit and it being a huge touristic area i felt like it was a good idea; but I feel like something i am able to drive to as my first time is ideal. 

It would be a good fit for a vacation property.  

How do I go about getting the property vacated?

Additionally, we did enjoy our first flip for the most part as we watched something in such disrepair transform into something amazing.
