Hey guys I'm a second year college student whos beginning to show some interest in real estate.

I am interested in flipping, renting, and REO's, as well as hoping to focus my sales on younger, college-age crowds looking for condos, townhouses, etc...

Many of them are near or underwater, and their loans are coming up for adjustment at the time the kids are going to be going (or should be) off to college.

I am now attending Columbia Southern University which offers 100% online courses in Business w/various concentrations and they accept you MGIB..you can also apply for student loans through them.

But, you do have to remember he is essentially a college kid at the University of Michigan.

If you're just trying to get all the bills paid, online bill pay works well.

I know of another realtor who runs a wholesaling business and blatantly lies in his online marketing, claiming his business has no affiliation with any realtor.
