My company told me takes at least 2-3 weeks on the rodent treatment to get the human smell away and to get them to start feeding on bait again, and I assume the same would go for other types of treatment as well.

Hi Travis ... from what I’ve seen in situations like this, once an ordinance is approved to phase out STR’s it will go into effect on a date chosen by the city.
