If its a older style home even the wood floors without a poly overcoat,   just blend in the stain on high traffic areas looks better than carpet. 

My thought process is that if I have to deal with the traffic I should make some money off of it at least. 

This will at least start attracting traffic.

Find a rental property in a high traffic area and discuss terms with a landlord who will allow you to AirBNB the property.

I stopped using CL also.Never got much traffic from it anyways.I use Postlets but I limit the syndication.

About an hour drive to Easton area with no traffic.

The barber shop was open two evenings a week and Saturday Am, as I recall, small town with one traffic light.
