Most people, when buying a home are paying premium dollars because they want everything perfect.

They said they will try it this one time - see how it works for us and for them - and then go from there on it being a monthly event.If you haven't been there, the space is perfect for us. 

In my opinion, there is no perfect investment and they all have their pros and cons.
