Light gray or light beige tends to go with just about everything in the spectrum - gray for cool floor/counter tones, beige for warm ones. 

Simple drywall, added insulation, updated electrical, added outlets, recessed lighting, mini split AC, new carpet, ect.... 

It is a million times more difficult to repeal a regulation than it is to prevent its introduction.So if you don't want regulations in your jurisdiction, the trick is to never allow them to see the light of day in the first place.

Planning a wedding has brought light to the insane amount of money people spend on these things.

In light of that, I wanted to lay a good financial foundation to work from so that I could pursue real estate investing from a position of financial strength.

Here is a break out of the facility:4 12x36 $170 monthly2 12x40 $200 monthly14 10x20 $115 monthly11 6x10 $65 monthly-only expenses are electric for one main LED spot light and taxes (10k but will fall to 6-7k after the sale according to the town assessor, then tax rates will follow a performance based evaluation) -also has some outdoor parking spaces for 1 SEMI/RV and a couple small double axle boats/trailers.

The kitchen was a BOOM by enlarging it and making it an open concept with light colors to add space.

Fast forward to closer to closing, and it comes to light that my shed is my "parking garage."

I actually bought it at 95K but added in some of the light rehab and closing costs for a truer value of 105K that I paid into the property.
