Long story short, we sold just recently and lost money because they wanted out and we did a poor job of running numbers when we bought them. 

That cuts down on the amount of "leisure" travelers and "partiers" that have the potential to cause property damage.

From the outside I've seen bolt cutters do the job if there is enough room.

I worked with a family friend who did a good job with the process but I should’ve have verified the rate !

I’ve pretty much got the rest of my team in place but am having a hard time finding a company that is willing to give a fair price for the job.  

If the property isn't doing its job, I'm screwed either way.

Glad my post led you here @Tanya JonesThey do a good job with the sales pitch and I have no doubt that someone very motivated, who had the funds but needed some real help and direction would definitely benefit from the training they offer. 

No sense (in my opinion) arguing over $250 on a six-figure purchase price only to end up with the guy who cuts corners to make up for the lower price.

I have a full time job getting off around 5pm typically and have free time after that and most weekends to help with anything.

I also got an extra job.
