This is usually something like a 1 hour class that most people take and then they have to continually sharpen the skill throughout their career as well. 

He will also have the ability to buy additional equity from me on an annual basis, up to the amount he earned in property management fees, for the first n years (n TBD).

Anyways, I currently have a full time W2 career job but eventually moving to full time in real estate and investing as well.

Many say wholesaling is a good starting point, I would argue that starting out in a buy and hold or rehab flip is a much better starting point to a RE investing career.

You have to put a lot of faith into a company and reputations, proof of performance and specific systems or processes for consistently hitting expectations are all requirements in my opinion if a company wants to earn business.  

I would also look into being an agent or finding a career path to work in Real Estate to build knowledge and funds.
