I collaborate with local green building manufacturers and contractors to implemented sustainable building practices in development projects. 

People use them because they are inexpensive and generate good leads but those who do (and are intelligent) also implement strategies to avoid getting ticketed or fined when they use them in areas where the fines will be enforced.

You can track its metrics, you can implement new headlines on the fly if something isn't working, and it works both for buyers and sellers. 

I love the BRRRR strategy and want to implement that towards my next deal.
