We may have to cut back similarly to many of our tenants to reduce the impact to our reserves (actually not that similarly, instead or a dozen vacations we may need to settle for half a dozen vacations - such sacrifice (sarcasm on the sacrifice part - I realize that we are fortunate)).Good luck, stay safe.

Keep in mind that in order to take a distribution under the CARES Act you must have been impacted by the virus in one of the enumerated ways.If so, you can take a penalty-free distribution (as well as waive the 20% withholding requirement) from your 401k (assuming that the employer allows it) anytime between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020.

It sure seems like the impact varies depending on where you're looking.

I would venture to guess that you bringing an estimate from a contractor saying the work will cost less than $100k would have NO impact (at best) and a negative impact (more likely) because, back to the original point:  the discomfort may well be with you and your ability to excellently execute this complex deal. 

Even with the impact to home sales, homes still spent less time on the market and sold at higher prices than last April.
