However its small dollars give one a try and see how it works... just be prepared to lose your money and be frustrated as SFR 's by and large in that price point in a big city are in the hood and war zones... bottom line ..Detroit fell so hard and so fast.. that you can get out of the inner city to much better areas and be in the 50 to 60k range I believe and stand half a chance.I personally did about 200 HML I Detroit before it melted down in 08..
