Hi @Shuang Wang, I personally try not to allow appreciation color my analysis too much because it's so speculative, but yes, I suspect appreciation will continue to be much slower there than here for the foreseeable future.

It's even more infuriating now that they had to show their true colors.  

If they DO exist, I have a feeling they are a lot like finding a rainbow colored unicorn having a picnic with a Sasquatch in the middle of Central Park on a Saturday afternoon...) 2) IF doing a lease option for myself as the occupant, IS in fact, the best choice, how would I go about doing that?

.- my painter/drywall guy/cleaner husband/wife team, who charge me the same whether it takes 1, 2, or 3 coats of paint to cover the nasty colors a former landlord allowed- the floor refinishing guy, who has done a good job on 8 or 9 floors this year.  

I thought the construction and the layout of the houses looked great as well, I have been looking for a interior gray and liked your color scheme, would you be willing to share the gray you used?

Easier to read and color coded!

The ones I've seen are concentrated in a few blocks (but there may be more).The colors really POP and they are excellently kept up, meaning not some gang hangout.Maybe a peoples Pride thing, or one owner just likes this color scheme (branding) and keeps using it on rentals.Any knowledge or thoughts about it?

The information is probably colored by the mortgage meltdown and possibly by housing prices being potentially overpriced with risk of a correction.
