It doesn't take more than the abilities to screw someone for people in the business world to go ahead and act unethically.

lol, maybe i'm off in this second scenario, but why don't you just layout the deal exactly how it goes so that I can fully understand what your needing answered and can try to answer accordingly and to the best of my ability.

Would their property value increase because we got rid of our tree that could impede a developer's ability to build on their property?  

We believe in being good stewards of the resources and abilities we have been given.

I received a call from another person asking about the property who asked me if I had the ability to back out with tenant #1 if they paid me an extra $200/month above asking rent.

The best thing I ever got out of college wasn't the degree but the ability to research properly.

They embody family, love, work, effort, money and so many other elements.  

Thank God we have the ability to filter things from our mind to our mouth haha!

Naturally as we grow as a team and become more confident in our abilities more and more deals will be completed and more people will be involved (CPAs/Attorneys, Etc.).  

Or, would they appreciate the modern elements in the old frame?
