Guns are not the problem.I have a neighbor (2 doors down from our multi-unit on 5 acres) who has an open air pistol range on his 4 acre lot & I know 2 of our tenants (& all of our kids) have Concealed Carry permits.

As I was a kid and didn't have much money to start a portfolio myself, I would just follow some companies that I was familiar with.

Once you have kids, it may be time for a home with an ADU that you can airbnb.

I can't tell you how many times when I first started and I just looked like some 23yr old kid but people gave me a chance because of how I looked and more importantly how I carried myself.  

They bought a house for their kids to go to college and now they are graduated and they don't want to be landlords so they started a conversation with us.   

We have 2 more years with him so we hope he renews :))Pat just move his / her payment date to the 15th  that way everyone is happy  :) are you kidding & miss out on the late fee!!!

The catch is the owners are either in a nursing home or have passed and the kids don't want the house anymore.
