Three years ago a house adjacent to mine was purchased by a family with several kids.

They like house and town and kids in school for 4 more years. 

My only kid will going to college this year.

Look around n if almost everyone is stretching to afford a 30 year mortgage, but they are gonna be dead sooner than that.. if everyone overpaid for cheaply constructed, oversized housing units just to show off their great schools - but their kids are out if school, I worry.

I’ve found a SFH which is a 3bd 3ba house that would typically rent to college kids.

Is it gonna be sold to a family with children or a college kid who doesn’t care about school zones.

If you understand how septic systems work (I grew up in that business as a kid) they are not as scary as many might think.

It can also make you seem desperate, so there is that.But don't kid yourself that it has been all positive feedback.
