Robbing a bank, towing a boat, hauling kids,..??"

This would obviously House college kids, I am a recent graduate myself so I think I would be good at screening tenants but:Do you think I could “manage” the property myself?

Unit 3 8yrs. pays 750 I have not met the tenant, but it’s a mom with two kids.

He is approaching retirement and is trying to sell to move closer to his grand kid.

I keep it zoned as a 2 (2 gas and electric meters) so I can convert it back some day when the kids are out of the house and it's easier to go one way than the other.I was thinking of putting in a "temporary" kitchen for the purpose of the appraisal but not sure what exactly I need to have in there..

Let’s say inthe future after a long loving marriage with lots of kids and what not, I pass away without a will or anything like that😢.

I don't have a problem with kids staying at home a bit longer as long as they are free loading.
