These are public record and there is a GIS Database (Portal Catastro Digital y Productos Cartográficos (crimpr.net))where you can access this parcels to see their "Catastro number", owner, area, the assessed value for both the land and the structure for tax purposes and you should also see the date of the last sale and the price.

They each are starting new jobs .

Thankfully we have W-2 jobs and can afford to keep the bat on our shoulder until the right deal comes along.

I am also looking to invest in rental property here in Montgomery.I was going to do it in the Albany area, until I switched jobs and then moved.If all goes to plan, we will purchase our first one in July. 

And many folks starting out need the addl cash for living so REI becomes the Job that pays the bills.But that type of career trajectory doesn't leave you with an easy exit strategy - especially an early exit strategy.
