Due to the very short time the tenants were in the property, and in consideration of their inability to inspect the premises, management has decided in lieu of the standard lease break penalty equal to two months of rent, we only charged an amount equal to the security deposit provided they moved out within 1 week and left the premises in broom swept condition, and that they allow us full access during reasonable hours (7 am to 7 pm) to show the property to other interested prospects while they are finishing moving out and cleaning."

Holiday weekends I can be considerably higher than other properties but due to the massive amount of 5 star reviews I have on Vrbo I get booked at my higher rates.I'm not sure if you can create a listing with Vrbo or Airbnb as they should be verifying ownership.I would contact the management company and explain the situation and try to negotiate retaining those bookings if they haven't been cancelled already.
