Taking a desk chair home from the office might be used to conduct business and is a minor matter, living in real estate owned by the business owner is a different matter.A good example might be where an owner holds a commercial property, a retail store downstairs and living quarters upstairs, the living quarters is divided from the commercial use.

There is so much information on this site, I feel like a kid in a candy store.

There are restaurants, stores, and activities that they can go to without knowing any English.

That is not an issue, renting or selling, it's a heck of a lot better than having some active commercial activity like a C-Store that draw kids to after school or late at night.
