We have a system down for our meetups - greeting new members (sometimes with a video intro), post meeting, etc, and we'll be working on creating a set format for our meetups (we may model the BP podcast ^^).

Sterling, I have noticed that a lot of people go out a buy a note or two after seeing a guru at their local REIA meeting, or watching an online video.

They provided all the books, ondemand video lectures, quizzes and pretests.

So my main focus in investments overall has now been shifted to creating long term passive streams of income (whether that be real estate or not).
