@Crystal An - Hi Crystal -- yes I had a home inspection and the only thing noted from that I have had maintenance/CAPEX issues is the basement water issue, which has been (I believe) 99% resolved with some concrete parging around the perimeter of the house, a newer/better sump install, and covering flat bilco doors with a very heavy rubber mat to prevent water from coming through.
