.$1125 in monthly interest is not fun...This is like 14k per year in interest alone.

In a worst case scenario the due on sale clause could be called creating a mess for everybody involved and ending up in a lawsuit (no fun IME).  

Sorry, but it wasn't fun getting off work on the week days or spending my time on the weekends leasing and managing the property. 

Often lists for your area are free, or if you pay for a subscription from a local provider it probably will have more helpful detail you will want.Have fun, but leave your credit cards and checkbooks at home so you won't be tempted.
