I'm working on my next wholesale and I've come across a property in Allegheny county PA. I'm having trouble finding comps and would like to discuss this property's info with any investors in the area! 

Meaning it's of no financial strain on you to have that guidance and representation in the transaction and help you make that big purchase, rather than feeling like you are poking around in the dark.

For a cheaper electrical fix, to get extra power into a room, once a sub-panel is added next to the original breaker box; pay an electrician to run metal conduit on the outside of the wall, from sub-panel to the room that needs the extra power.
