The med center expansion will help kick start more development.  

Dina Munasifi is an excellent resource for the dc tenant/landlord law, as is Marty Sullivan (although he specializes in zoning).

I think the albany med school area is a good location too although i don't think i've ever heard anyone say the albany area has good school districts, but maybe i just need to look into it more.  

I have bounced around the idea of finishing the basement and adding a bathroom and perhaps a kitchenette with an egress door for a short term or med term rental. 

@Parth Patel  it is a rough area and Med school students are not living a mile from the hospital.

Did you close any large deals, or let's say you are an MD: lean into that, since med school is no small accomplishment.Effectively your bio is selling you.  

Traveling med techs, ultra sound techs, physical therapists, lab technicians, nurse practitioners, floating respiratory therapists, to mention a few, all fit in this category of medical staffers.
