There’s a reason that big hedge funds still buy and hold houses.

I kept find info about it being a scam and another thing that throw me off is on one of their videos there was this guy that I seen before on another Real Estate commercial.

I have been on BP a long time and maybe about eight years ago , a person had a small chance of finding a posted house for sale here that can be flipped.

I had similar problem in a house a few years ago.

(that policy was cancelled by the carrier and I will be getting a separate policy)2 hail damage to Tennessee property  and water damage due to storm (claim is in process) Another Tennessee property now has had a water pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling and flooded the whole house.

What would you do in my shoes I don’t invest there so take this with a slight grain of salt but I’ve heard multiple stories of basically this exact scenario someone getting offered a big payday for something in Cumberland, rejecting it & always for some reason (house burned down, block got worse, sheetz decided they actually didn’t want someone’s land for a car wash after all) always selling for like 10-20k and regretting not selling. 

My wife and I purchased a home at the very beginning of 2022 and "house-hacked."

I had a similar strategy with my first few house hacks: buy in great A & B Chicago neighborhoods....get by with minimum cash flow, and wait...What's your plan for the next purchase Michael?
