When coronavirus restrictions ease up, my dad is going to come home from the Phillippines and we’re going to start investing in primarily small multi-family homes in the Northeast Ohio area.

I wonder if those populations and economies will be more impacted by the Coronavirus in the long run, if businesses will open only to be shut again, if hospitals will collapse ... in the states that choose to move forward fast.

We usually host it at a local restaurant but due to the health concerns presented by the coronavirus, we have decided to host in via Zoom.

Basically will people avoid apartments out of fear of catching coronavirus, and how will it affect desire for single family homes?

I’m looking at a property where it was appraised and listed for 52k but since the the corona virus they have been lowering the price significantly to 36k buy price, the home needs some work.
