@Brad Braun , I don't have any data on this, perhaps I am being overly cautious.

Land lording ( as long as your not a slumlord) is not a high risk of lawsuit enterprise.. if it was  insurance rates would be through the roof.. 

I have been using land lord locks, and have been fairly happy with that system as I have a master key to the building.

Brad and his team are very thorough and really make you feel like you’re properties are handled!
