My current full time job has me relocating frequently and I do not have much time for travel.Although syndications don’t have the same ROI I like the fact they are more passive and don’t require me to spend as much time visiting/researching locations and dealing with any vacancy issues. 

Renters wanting more space, in the suburbs, moving less frequently seems to be the trend and I believe it will remain post pandemic if that ever happens.

Ensure They’re Updated:Tax laws change frequently.

Every time they do, go back with your bid (maybe even more frequently than that).

People are blocked in the parking lot of a popular mall frequently and robbed.

Was it that they need to be sealed more frequently than granite?

So, even if you can get someone to pay a top end price, you will make LESS money if the unit turns over more frequently ESPECIALLY if you are paying a PM etc to handle the turnover.
