I want to buy it, but do I need to get another realtor involved?

I was thinking of putting it in an index fund but that would be more for a 5-10 year timeline. another option would be individual stocks but there is a lot of risk involved in that.Any advice would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

@Gaurav Mehta - It's easier to go there and get it done as there are many departments involved.

There also weren't realtors involved and I received a 3% landscaping rebate.

I don't know man I've already tried explaining it to like 10 different attorneys and none of them want to get involved with it. 

I’m not afraid of a good project and am pretty good at estimating the costs involved.

Best bet is to get it in decent shape and sell it like that. 

I would first make sure anything that involves safety is fully fixed and tenant ready. 

Nothing quick with this.I think it's a stretch to say moving the pole in the middle of the night will work...and without permitting you'll be looking at penalties...Sounds like you're on the right path..lots of red tape, but hopefully you have a pleasant experience working with everyone involved.
