@Pari Rizwan I'm not sure what your background is or what your goals are except to become a licensed agent but your best bet is to start with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

None of my friends or family are involved in real estate which is fine but I can’t ask somebody who knows nothing for advice about something I wanna do or if I do they tell me I should wait 5 or 6 years to do this because I’m young(23) or save 50-60,000$ first.

I understand the idea of just compelling them to move without giving you the hassle of evicting them but you can have that conversation without involving hot beverages.

These people don't realize or don't stop to consider that there's a borrower involved with legal rights and that they're buying the note and not the property.
