The arlo is good enough for sustained activity but my nest wifi cameras give us more real time but require internet. 

We're considering just leveling with them and saying the bill has increased and it's not sustainable and just asking if they are running any high energy things.

@Joseph Schweizer This is an issue of fee simple absolute...you want to hold title in the strongest manner humanly possible and insure your deed does not have crap attached to it that could rear its ugly head in a future dispute or claim.

So you are more likely to see a sustained increase over the next 1-3 years then a tidal wave. 

It would have been much easier to sit on a couch in my underwear eating cereal out of a box and waiting for the Big Man in the White House to send me a sustenance check rather than working 80 hours weeks for 25 years (including through six months of chemo) to build something of value that I could, should I choose to do so, pass on as a legacy in the manner in which I saw fit rather than being handed out as pork to scoundrels and malingerers by our politician class.
