The PM is not a passive model it is an active business systems and as such is deeply driven by priorities and systematic action.

There are a lot of San Antonio folks pretty active around here.  

That being said, I am also actively looking in the following areas: West side, and either eastern or western heights.

We'll be making it a point to be active at local REI meetings to connect with others. 

The weather is cool and temperate.I have found that just about all of my rental properties have mildew issues.I have installed vents in all rooms to promote air circulation.

Kathy (can't tag you on the app),That's why I said at the end of my post encouraging to hear from some locals in south Florida and mentioned some keywords lolI don't currently know anyone who's a successful commercial real estate investor but I am becoming more active at meet ups and with being more vocal so I hope to find that in time. 

By being active in the Forums and using BP, my goal is make new contacts and build mutually beneficial relationships. 

I've been an active listener of the BP podcast for a couple of months now and I can't believe I waited this long to join.
